Senior General Site Worker

For mixed daily field tasks across repair, installation, troubleshooting and site support scopes.

  • 5+ years hands-on site experience
  • Able to diagnose and complete tasks independently
  • Reliable attendance and proper handover practice
Renovation finishing work on a tiled ledge

Senior Renovation Trade Worker

For practical renovation execution across residential and commercial interior site scopes.

  • 5+ years renovation trade experience
  • Familiar with plumbing, electrical, tiling, carpentry or painting workflow
  • Quality-first mindset under timeline pressure

Senior Multi-Trade Specialist

For workers who can handle multiple trade categories with consistent quality.

  • 5+ years multi-trade practical experience
  • Can support urgent repair, installation and finishing tasks
  • Class 3 driving licence is strongly preferred

Requirements

No entry-level intake in this round. Please apply only if your field experience is already stable.

Must have

  • At least 5 years relevant working experience
  • Strong practical execution in at least one core trade
  • Physically fit for daily field movement
  • Responsible, punctual and accountable
  • Clear communication with customers and operations team

Preferred

  • Multi-trade background across plumbing, electrical, tiling, carpentry or painting
  • Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence
  • Own basic tools and clean job photo records
  • Comfortable with residential and commercial jobs
  • Fast WhatsApp response during working hours
