Connection spacing

Shut-off and access

Concealed cartridge access
Some concealed mixers allow cartridge service through the trim plate. The exact brand and cartridge must be identified before ordering or dismantling.
Concealed body replacement
If the body inside the wall has failed, hacking, pipework, waterproofing and tile reinstatement may be required. These are assessed and quoted separately.
Do not buy only by appearance. Similar-looking mixers can have different centres, threads, diverter layouts or concealed bodies. Send the model label and wall-connection photos before purchasing where possible.
