Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fixmove.sg ("the Site") and any services arranged through us by ALL-IN-ONE FIX & MOVE (UEN: 53505530K) ("FixMove", "we", "us"). By using the Site, requesting a quote, or accepting a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
FixMove.sg is operated by ALL-IN-ONE FIX & MOVE, a business entity registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA), UEN 53505530K, registered 13 June 2025. We provide handyman, plumbing, electrical, aircon servicing, renovation, and moving service coordination across Singapore.
For regulated works (EMA-licensed electrical, PUB-licensed plumbing, BCA-registered renovation), FixMove arranges the work through duly licensed third-party contractors where required by Singapore law. See Licences & Compliance for full details.
2. Service Scope
2.1 What we do
- Receive your service request via WhatsApp, phone, or website form
- Provide an estimated quote based on the information you supply (photos, address, issue description)
- Dispatch a qualified technician or arrange a licensed contractor as required
- Confirm a final fixed-price quote on-site before commencement, where practical
- Issue a receipt or simple invoice on job completion
- Provide workmanship warranty as set out in our Warranty & Refund Policy
2.2 What we don't do
- Guarantee that an initial quote is final without on-site inspection — actual scope may vary once the technician inspects
- Perform work that legally requires a licence we do not hold (we sub-contract to licensed parties as required)
- Carry out illegal modifications (e.g., unapproved HDB structural changes, unauthorised gas works)
- Provide architectural or structural engineering certification
3. Quotes & Pricing
3.1 Quote estimates
Quotes provided via WhatsApp or phone before on-site inspection are estimates, not binding fixed prices. They are based on the information you provide and typical scope for similar jobs. Final prices may differ once the technician confirms the actual scope on-site.
3.2 On-site fixed quote
Where practical, our technician provides a fixed price quote on-site before commencing work. You may accept, request adjustments, or decline the quote. If you decline, you only pay any agreed inspection or call-out fee (typically S$30-60, disclosed before dispatch).
3.3 Price changes during work
If hidden issues are discovered during work that materially change scope (e.g., wall opened to reveal additional pipe damage), the technician will:
- Stop work
- Show you the issue (photo / video)
- Provide a revised quote
- Wait for your written or WhatsApp confirmation before continuing
You are not obligated to pay for unauthorised scope changes.
3.4 GST
All prices on this Site are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable, unless explicitly stated otherwise. As at the date of these Terms, Singapore GST is 9%.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Accepted payment methods
- PayNow (preferred, instant)
- Bank transfer (DBS / OCBC / UOB)
- Cash (jobs below S$500)
- For larger renovation projects: staged payments via bank transfer or PayNow as set out in a separate written agreement
4.2 Payment timing

4.3 Late payment
Invoices are due on completion unless otherwise agreed. Invoices outstanding more than 14 days may attract a late payment administrative charge of S$30, which will be communicated before being applied.
4.4 No upfront full payment
We do not request full payment before any work has commenced for jobs above S$500. If anyone claiming to represent FixMove demands full upfront payment before dispatch, please contact our verified WhatsApp +65 9823 7108 immediately.
5. Your Responsibilities
To enable us to provide quality service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the issue, property, and access
- Ensure the technician has safe access to the work area on the agreed date and time
- Disclose any known property restrictions (HDB rules, condo MCST rules, structural concerns)
- Be present (or arrange an authorised adult representative) during the visit, especially for the quote confirmation and completion handover
- Pay agreed amounts according to the agreed schedule
- Provide reasonable opportunity for us to rectify any defects under the warranty (see Warranty & Refund Policy)

7. Limitation of Liability
FixMove provides services with reasonable care and skill as required under the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act ("CPFTA") and Sale of Goods Act.
7.1 What we are liable for
- Defective workmanship by FixMove technicians (covered by warranty — see Warranty Policy)
- Direct, foreseeable damage to your property caused by FixMove negligence, up to the limits of our Public Liability Insurance (S$1,000,000 per occurrence)
- Refund of fees paid where the service has not been delivered as agreed (subject to dispute resolution in Section 9)
7.2 What we are not liable for (to the extent permitted by law)
- Pre-existing damage not caused by FixMove work
- Damage caused by third parties or by you (the customer) after job completion
- Indirect, consequential, or speculative losses (e.g., loss of business, loss of rental income)
- Delays caused by force majeure (severe weather, government orders, supply chain disruption)
- Issues that arise more than 12 months after job completion, except where a longer warranty period applies (see Warranty Policy)
7.3 Statutory rights preserved
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law, including under the CPFTA, the Sale of Goods Act, or the Unfair Contract Terms Act. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Photos & Customer Reviews
8.1 Photos taken during work
FixMove technicians may take "before / during / after" photos for quality control, warranty records, and (with your consent) marketing. We will:
- Ask permission before any photo is used publicly
- Blur identifying features (faces, unit numbers, vehicle plates) when used in marketing without explicit permission
- Honour any request to remove your photo from public use within 7 days
8.2 Reviews submitted on fixmove.sg
By submitting a review, you confirm that:
- The review reflects your genuine experience as a customer
- You are at least 18 years old
- You hold the rights to any photos / videos you upload
- You grant FixMove permission to publish, edit for length or clarity, and display the review on the Site
- You understand that all reviews go through manual moderation before publication
We reserve the right to decline or remove reviews that contain defamatory content, personal data of third parties without consent, spam links, or content unrelated to the service provided.
9. Disputes & Complaints
If something goes wrong, we want to fix it. Our complaints process:
- Notify us within 14 days of the issue via WhatsApp +65 9823 7108 or email fixmovesg@gmail.com
- We respond within 3 working days with a proposed resolution (rectification visit, partial refund, or full refund as appropriate)
- If unresolved, you may escalate to the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) for mediation
- For matters under CPFTA, you have the right to seek redress under the Lemon Law (CPFTA Part III) for defective goods supplied, and under general consumer rights for services not performed with reasonable care and skill
For renovation disputes above S$10,000, the parties may also use the CASE Mediation Centre or Small Claims Tribunals.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on fixmove.sg (text, design, photos, logos) is the property of ALL-IN-ONE FIX & MOVE or its licensors. You may:
- View and share links to the content
- Quote brief excerpts with attribution
You may not:
- Copy substantial portions for commercial use without permission
- Scrape or auto-extract content for AI training or competitor analysis without our written consent
- Use FixMove trademarks, logos, or trade dress to imply endorsement
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from any service provided by FixMove shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, including Small Claims Tribunals where applicable.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 14 days before they take effect. The current version is always available at https://www.fixmove.sg/terms-of-service.html.
By continuing to use the Site or request services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
