Customer-submitted clips help our team understand the visible concern, prepare the right questions and decide whether a site inspection is needed. Each example below explains what the clip can establish and what still needs to be checked before work is scoped.
These clips show customer-reported concerns before inspection. They help explain the visible symptoms but are not a remote diagnosis; the cause and repair scope are confirmed after review.
Carpentry
Built-In Cabinet Fit and Finishing Concern
Useful evidence: a wide view, close-up of the affected edge or joint, cabinet dimensions and whether doors or drawers bind. The clip records the visible symptom; alignment, substrate and repair scope still require review.
Useful evidence: fan model, noise or wobble symptoms, speed setting, remote response and a clear view of the mounting point. Electrical causes are not diagnosed from video alone and regulated work is assigned appropriately.
Useful evidence: the plug, socket or isolator, appliance rating label, nearby water points and the exact fault symptom. Do not open electrical fittings for a video; the circuit and connection are checked on site when required.
A short clip is most useful when it is paired with the job location and access details. It supports triage and quote preparation, but it is not presented as a completed job or a guaranteed remote diagnosis.
Confirm the visible symptom. We review the clip, photos and any model or rating labels without assuming the underlying cause.
Check scope and access. Send the Singapore postal code, property type, parking or lift access and the preferred service window.
Assign the right trade. Plumbing, electrical, aircon, moving and installation work is routed to the appropriate technician or licensed person where required.
Quote what can be quoted. Straightforward work may receive an indicative range; concealed faults or uncertain site conditions may need inspection first.
