Standard call-out starts from S$80 for basic troubleshooting and small repairs. Complex diagnosis or after-hours emergency calls are quoted separately. Final price depends on the specific electrical issue and required parts.
How quickly can you respond to power trip emergencies?
For urgent same-day power trip or electrical fault calls, contact us immediately via call or WhatsApp. Nearby urgent cases may be attended within 1-2 hours depending on current workload and area. Evening and weekend emergency slots are available.
Are your electricians licensed and insured?
Yes. Our electricians are licensed and our work is covered by professional liability insurance. We follow EMA (Energy Market Authority) and HDB electrical safety requirements for all Singapore electrical work.
Do you handle DB box and circuit breaker issues?
Yes. DB box upgrades, circuit breaker installation, tripping fixes and main switch replacement are handled by our licensed electricians with proper certification and documentation.
Can you do wiring diagnostics for persistent faults?
Yes. We use electrical testing equipment to diagnose wiring faults, earthing problems, overload conditions and intermittent tripping issues. A detailed diagnosis report is provided with recommended fixes.
What types of electrical work do you NOT handle?
We focus on residential and small commercial electrical repair and troubleshooting. Large-scale industrial electrical work, major rewiring projects that require formal architectural approval, and utility-side power line work are outside our scope. We refer those to specialized contractors.
Do you provide warranty on electrical repairs?
Workmanship warranty applies to standard repairs and installations for 6-12 months depending on the work type. Parts follow the manufacturer warranty. All warranty terms are clearly noted in the quotation.
Can you do lighting installation and upgrades?
Yes. We install downlights, track lighting, smart switches, dimmers and general lighting upgrades. All wiring and circuit connections follow electrical codes and safety standards.
How do I describe an electrical problem for a quote?
Send a clear photo or short video of the issue area if possible, your full address, and a description of what is happening (e.g., "power trip when shower is on", "one socket is dead", "flickering lights"). Include the property type (HDB/Condo/Landed) and we can provide a preliminary quote within 1 hour.
Do you work on weekends, evenings and public holidays?
Yes. Saturday service is standard and selected Sundays are available. Weekday evening and public holiday emergency slots are available at a higher rate. Book early for weekend slots as they fill quickly.
