FAQ
Do you provide onsite measurement in Bukit Merah?
Yes. Share your address, floor plan and rough scope first, and we can arrange measurement before confirming the quote.
Can I do one room first before a bigger carpentry package?
Yes. Many owners start with one wardrobe, TV wall or kitchen zone first, then expand after measurement and budget review.
Do you handle wardrobes, kitchen cabinets and TV walls together?
Yes. We can plan room-by-room built-ins together so material, finish and storage direction stay coordinated.
What should I send before asking for a quote?
The best first pack is floor plan, wall dimensions, appliance list, finish direction, site photos and your must-do storage zones.
What warranty do you provide?
Carpentry and built-in workmanship is covered for 12 months under our
Warranty & Refund Policy. Materials and hardware follow the manufacturer warranty.

Bukit Merah homes: what local housing means for a service visit
Bukit Merah is one of Singapore's oldest HDB towns, and it shows in the housing mix. Bukit Ho Swee, Redhill and Henderson Hill carry decades-old blocks, several touched by SERS and upgrading, while Kampong Tiong Bahru sits beside the low-rise pre-war walk-ups of the Tiong Bahru conservation belt. Many homes here have older fittings, narrower service ducts and tighter access than newer estates.
The estate also stretches across Districts 03 and 04 toward Telok Blangah, HarbourFront and Depot Road, where newer condos and HDB clusters bring lifts, modern risers and standard layouts. Everton Park adds compact older flats near the city fringe. So a visiting tradesperson may meet a 1970s point block in the morning and a recent high-rise the same afternoon - building age really varies street to street.
Access and parking shape every visit. Older Redhill and Bukit Ho Swee blocks often have surface or multi-storey HDB car parks with low headroom, while conservation walk-ups near Tiong Bahru have no lift and steep staircases. Newer developments are more straightforward but may require loading-bay or visitor-pass arrangements. Redhill MRT (EW18) anchors the area.
- Confirm the building's age and whether there is a lift - older Bukit Ho Swee, Redhill and Henderson Hill blocks may have walk-up flights and tight landings that affect carrying equipment.
- For Tiong Bahru conservation walk-ups, expect no lift, narrow internal stairs and original older fittings; share floor level and unit layout with your technician beforehand.
- Check HDB car park headroom and any loading-bay or visitor-pass rules - common in both the older estates and the newer Telok Blangah and HarbourFront developments.
- Note unit and room counts upfront, as compact older flats in Everton Park and the estate differ a lot from larger newer condo and HDB layouts.
- Mention if the home has recently been upgraded or re-fitted, since mixed old-and-new fittings within one block are common across this mature town.
