Dead battery is the easy fix, but if new batteries don't help, the remote IR/IC may have died. We supply universal remotes too.

Transparent pricing
A S$10 fuel surcharge applies to every visit. No additional standard call-out or inspection fee applies. Urgent service or a customer-requested appointment time adds one S$30 fee, subject to technician availability and confirmation. The S$30 is a separate service fee. Pricing terms.
All prices include labour and basic parts. Complex cases or major material swaps quoted on-site after free inspection.

Do you charge for diagnosis?
A S$10 fuel surcharge applies to the visit, with no additional standard call-out or inspection fee. If fault-tracing work is required, diagnostic labour is quoted separately before it begins. Materials are billed separately.
What is the warranty?
Aircon servicing and repair workmanship is covered for 30 days under our Warranty & Refund Policy; aircon installation workmanship is covered for 12 months. Parts follow the manufacturer warranty.
