Most common causes

Hissing points to a refrigerant fault, and a refrigerant fault can ice the coil until the melt-off overruns the drain tray. If you are hearing the noise and seeing water, book aircon water dripping repair so the drainage side and the refrigerant side are checked in the same visit.
Transparent pricing
A S$10 fuel surcharge applies to every visit. No additional standard call-out or inspection fee applies. Urgent service or a customer-requested appointment time adds one S$30 fee, subject to technician availability and confirmation. The S$30 is a separate service fee. Pricing terms.

What is the warranty?
Aircon servicing and repair workmanship is covered for 30 days under our Warranty & Refund Policy; aircon installation workmanship is covered for 12 months. Parts follow the manufacturer warranty.
