Can you install a digital lock I bought online?

Yes. Labour-only install starts at S$120 for standard cut-outs. If the new lock requires a different hole pattern, we add modification and patching from S$80.

How long does the visit take?

A cylinder swap takes 20 - 30 minutes. A full mortice replacement is 45 - 75 minutes. A digital lock with hole modification is 90 - 120 minutes.

Will the new lock match my existing key set?

Re-keying is possible on most Euro-profile cylinders - issue new keys for the same lock without replacement. Combo-master-key sets across multiple doors are quoted on site.

Do you handle fire-rated HDB main doors?

Yes. We follow HDB and SCDF guidelines for fire-rated doors - the lock must be compatible and any modification must preserve the fire rating.

Same-day on weekends or after-hours?

Same-day availability is subject to the current route and technician scope. Weekends and public holidays carry no surcharge; only the visit start time can change the labour rate.
