Can you install a smart lock on an old door?
Yes — most modern smart locks (Yale, Samsung, Schlage) fit standard HDB door cutouts. If your door is too thin or warped, we can replace the door first ($300-$500 extra).
What's a fire-rated door and do I need one?
Fire-rated doors resist fire spread for 30-60 minutes. HDB main doors are not strictly required to be fire-rated, but commercial premises and some condos require them. Cost: $800-$2,500.
How long does door installation take?
HDB main door: 2-3 hours. Sliding glass door: 4-6 hours. Smart lock retrofit: 1-2 hours. Whole-house door replacement (4-5 doors): 1-2 days.
Do you supply the door or do I provide it?
Both options. We supply from major brands (Lazada, Castlery, IKEA imports) at our cost + 10%. Or you supply and we install at labour-only rates ($150-$300 per door).

1-year workmanship warranty. Hardware (locks, hinges) carries 5-year manufacturer warranty (Blum, Hettich, Yale).
