FAQ
Do you provide onsite measurement in Southern Islands?
Yes. Share your address, floor plan and rough scope first, and we can arrange measurement before confirming the quote.
Can I do one room first before a bigger carpentry package?
Yes. Many owners start with one wardrobe, TV wall or kitchen zone first, then expand after measurement and budget review.
Do you handle wardrobes, kitchen cabinets and TV walls together?
Yes. We can plan room-by-room built-ins together so material, finish and storage direction stay coordinated.
What should I send before asking for a quote?
The best first pack is floor plan, wall dimensions, appliance list, finish direction, site photos and your must-do storage zones.
What warranty do you provide?
Carpentry and built-in workmanship is covered for 12 months under our
Warranty & Refund Policy. Materials and hardware follow the manufacturer warranty.

Recent Example
Southern Islands Case 1: Kitchen tall-unit fit
Problem:Appliance sizes were mostly fixed but cabinet coordination still needed measurement.
Action:Review the tall-unit layout with the appliance clearances before finalising the built-in scope.

Southern Islands homes: what local housing means for a service visit
The Southern Islands planning area is unlike anywhere else in Central Singapore. It has almost no HDB stock; instead the residential character is concentrated on Sentosa, where homes are predominantly upmarket condominiums, cove-side apartments and a tier of exclusive landed villas. The wider Southern Group is made up of small offshore islands that are largely recreational or undeveloped, so most home visits land on Sentosa itself.
Sentosa dwellings tend to be newer and built to a resort-grade standard, with generous floor areas, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, and high-spec fittings. That usually means tidy, well-finished systems for your technician to work with, but also larger unit counts per home and concealed service routes that take longer to trace than a compact mainland flat.
Access is the defining factor here. Sentosa is a gated, controlled-access island reached by causeway, and many estates layer on their own guardhouse, visitor registration and managed parking. The visiting tradesperson typically needs the address, block and unit confirmed in advance, plus the resident or management to clear entry, so a little extra lead time is normal.
- Confirm full address with block, unit and any estate or guardhouse details up front - Sentosa is gated and entry usually needs the resident or management to clear the visitor.
- Allow extra time for island access and managed visitor parking; loading bulky equipment may mean a buggy bay, lift lobby or service entrance rather than a kerbside drop-off.
- Expect larger homes with more rooms, bathrooms and serviceable points than a typical mainland flat, so a single visit can cover more units than usual.
- Fittings are generally newer and high-spec given the recent build age, but premium concealed installations can make access routes harder to reach.
- Where a job sits on one of the wider Southern Group islands, check the ferry or boat schedule and any landing permissions before the visit is fixed.
