Do you charge for diagnosis?
A S$10 fuel surcharge applies to the visit, with no additional standard call-out or inspection fee. If fault-tracing work is required, diagnostic labour is quoted separately before it begins. Materials are billed separately.
What is the warranty?
Workmanship cover follows our published Warranty & Refund Policy for the job type actually performed: EMA-regulated work by a Licensed Electrical Worker (DB-box, fixed wiring, water-heater hookup) is covered for 12 months, while non-regulated handyman-scope work is covered for 90 days. We state which applies in the written quote. Parts follow the manufacturer warranty.
