How long does a cattery renovation take?
A single-floor cattery space of 500-1,500 sqft typically runs 3-6 weeks: drainage and wet works first, then ventilation and partitions, then cat rooms, mesh work and finishes. Scope is confirmed against your layout before work is sequenced.
Do you also assemble cat enclosures and cattery cabins?
Yes. Prefab cat enclosures, cattery cabins, climbing walls, wall-mounted cat shelves and catio-style mesh frames are assembled and installed from S$60 per assembly task through our installation team. Send product photos or the supplier manual for a per-unit quote.
What does the ventilation and odour-control scope cover?
Mechanical extraction sized to the room load, fresh-air intake away from neighbouring units, sealed easy-wash wall and floor surfaces, and floor traps on a wash-down drainage run. This is usually the largest cost block after partitions.
Can you renovate while the cattery stays open?
Often yes, with hoarding and phased zones so cats stay in a quiet section. Noisy work is scheduled around your quiet hours; weekends and public holidays are charged at normal rates - only the start time changes the price: 21:00-24:00 +30%, 00:00-06:00 +50%.
Is the quote fixed or time-and-material?
Fixed-rate itemised quote per scope. We absorb minor on-site variations; major scope changes get a written variation order before proceeding.
